improve the quality of our services. We
value the talents of committed, dedicated individuals and invest in quality,
innovative and current training opportunities for them. Quality
programs take precedence over agency growth. We
are committed to the best practice in the delivery of services to youth. Each
youth is unique; therefore, we strive to individualize services. We
strive to meet the evolving needs of our community and are sensitive to
feedback from it. We
are committed to a corporate structure which values and respects the opinions
of its members and solicits them equally and actively. We
are committed to a corporate structure which relies upon the talents and
skills of its members. We
value family-style living in teaching youth the skills they need to improve their
interpersonal relationships. CTH, while only in business since July 15,
2002, has history in numerous Teaching Family (T-F) organizations. Many of
our Teaching Parents (TP's) are past certified from various national sites
